The top of it was slightly bent, but that appears to have been a packing error. The paper quality is very thick (which I like) and I feel this will be a very well received gift. The only reason I rated it four stars is it is very difficult to find a reasonably priced frame. I wish they made a slightly bigger one. Even with the dimensions being posted, it SEEMED much smaller then advertised. It is indeed 11x36.
